At Melissa’s Mobile Livery Service, I believe that you should get the best quality service for your beloved horses, and as such my horse care services are aimed at ensuring your animal has a healthy, strong and long life. I provide a quality service focused on providing the best care for your horse. I offer a friendly professional livery service for your horses and ponies in their own home and support horse owners either everyday, part time or every now and then. I am currently based in Oldham, and you can reach me through the booking form for more enquiries and information.
Why Me?
I have gained much experience looking after horses and have ridden and owned my own from a young age. I'm now the proud owner of Henry my 13 year old shire horse. Being a horse owner brings a lot of joy and is very rewarding but can at times be overwhelming. I aim to provide a professional service to ensure that I can help alleviate any struggles you my be facing.
I offer a free initial meeting to discuss your needs and to meet your horses and understand your routine.
High-Quality Service
I can provide experienced day to day care for your horse while you're away or unable to.
I'm happy to feed yard cats, chickens or other animals on the premises for a small additional fee. I also offer dog walking too! Whether your dog needs to be let out in the garden or taken out for a walk.
(A minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations is required otherwise charges may apply)

This can be tailored for the individual needs of you and your horse.
This is perfect for those who are on holiday, away for the day or need extra support.
Full Livery - (2 daily visits)
Turn Out/Bring In, Rug Change, Give Feed, Muck Out Or Skip Out.
(please warn me if a horse may be difficult to catch, any time over the first 15 minutes of trying to catch will be charged at £5 per 15 minutes of trying.)

I can be there if you can't to assist your farrier and help your horse feel comfortable and safe.
Vet/Dentist Appointments
I can be there to prepare your horse ready for the vet arriving and stay so I can assist in anyway and pass on any information you might need.
